Purchases without kover.ai insurance

Refunds are ONLY accepted for manufacturer defect or extenuating circumstances. Since a large majority of our products are custom made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any other reason.

Before sending the item back, please submit a support request or send an email to [email protected]. Packages sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

When emailing, please use the subject line "Refund(or Exchange) for Order" followed by your order number (#PT followed by 4 numbers, this can typically be found in your order confirmation e-mail)

Include your name, date of purchase, original shipping address, and order number so we can best assist you.

Items to be returned or exchanged must be in new, unworn condition.


Purchases with kover.ai insurance

If you purchased kover.ai insurance, you may file your return through this Return Assurance Portal and get your refund.

I would like to purchase kover.ai insurance!

When you add a product to your cart on the PlayTyme website, a sidebar cart will show up, and you'll see the kover.ai insurance on the bottom, switch it on to add kover.ai to your cart.
