Why is my order sent in multiple packages?Updated 2 years ago


Not all our products are shipped from the same locations as have different manufacturing and fulfillment centers located in the United States and China. To ensure your delivery is as quick as possible we ship your orders in separate packages depending on where they are being fulfilled from.

In the event your order is shipped in multiple packages, you will receive multiple tracking numbers within your order. These can be viewed at any time from your order summary page, found in your order confirmation email.
